Eligibility Criteria:

  • Anyone completing the credential process from contract to active status within 30 days.
  • Work 100 hours without any cancellations, complaints or lateness, and abides by all professional conduct standards
  • Performance Evaluations completed with a rating of Good or above.
  • The new candidate must not have worked for Quality Care Options previously.

Referral Bonus

RN / LPN - $200

BHW – Staff with College degree in Human Service - $100

CNA or any other direct care worker - $50

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The new applicant must give your name as their referral source upon hire.
  • The referred staff must complete 100 hours of work, without any cancellations, complaints or lateness, and abides by all professional conduct standards.
  • The new candidate must not have worked or applied for Quality Care Options previously.
  • The bonus can only be paid to active workers and accepting assignments at time of referral.
  • Only one person will get referral bonus per applicant.
