Frank is a graduate of St. Joseph University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years and has experience with behavioral health, long-term care and acute care agencies. As a co-founder of Quality Care Options, he provides leadership and direction to our company.

describe the image Verna Pomar - Director of Operations
Verna has extensive experience in healthcare settings, including hospital, managed care and provider relations. Verna plays a vital role in assuring all compliance issues are met. She also provides oversight of operations and coordinates the internal efforts of our management team. In addition, Verna serves as our Performance Improvement Manager and has played a vital role in obtaining Quality Care Options’ crucial Joint Commission certification.
